...of a mid-afternoon nap!
Ugh! You lose a couple of valuable hours, become late for your evening plans, and to top it all off, you wake up sweaty, uber-dehydrated, totally groggy and feeling MUCH worse than before you accidentally fell asleep! (I always read lying down in bed, so accidentally falling asleep can happen easily enough.)
This happened to me yesterday. Very unfun.
I didn't even have time to rant about it right afterwards as I was suddenly late getting ready to go to this beach party get-together thing. Not that it was actually all that big a deal, I'm totally over it now... but, still, it's worth saying (or blogging, or journaling, or something) that mid-afternoon naps, at least on warm days, are absolutely horrible occurrences, and ought to be banned.
